Referral System

Below is the system for all submissions of office, bus, uniform, counseling and social worker referrals for staff. A valid SCCS email address is required to submit a referral.

Office Referral

Office referrals are for behaviors that require immediate action and severe consequences outside of the classroom’s behavior plan.

Uniform Violations

This is a uniform violation submission portal for violations as outlined in the 2016-17 Student Handbook.

Bus Referral (K-8)

This referral is for severe disruptive and unsafe behaviors committed on the bus.

Bus Referral (HS)

This referral is for severe disruptive and unsafe behaviors committed on the bus  by high school students.

School Counseling Referral

Referral information for communication with our school counselor or school psychologist.

Social Worker Referral

Referral information given to our clinical social workers for possible support in behavior counseling, truancy, hygiene needs, childcare placement, various forms of abuse and other social work support services.

Support Center Ticket System

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. For your reference when the status of your support request has changed, you will be notified by email. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
