Hello, my name is Charlyn Harris, and I am one of the lead Kindergarten teachers at SCCS. I was born in Liberia, West Africa and raised in Newark, New Jersey. I obtain my bachelor’s degree from Winston-Salem State University, and I am currently working on my Masters in Child and Family Studies: Early Childhood Education (Birth-Kindergarten) at UNCC. This will be my 6^th year teaching at Sugar Creek Charter School, and I am so excited about what this new school year will bring.
