My name is Xavia Johnson, and I am the ELA Instructional Coach for grades 7 and 8. I graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication and from Jackson State University with a master's degree in Reading Education.
As an Instructional Coach, my role is as follows:
- provide educational resources to aid in the growth and development of master teachers, and hold our team accountable.
- build master teachers in order to essentially build master scholars.
